Headboards Ltd accepts all major credit and debit cards for payment of items purchased through our online store.

We take our customers’ security very seriously and want you to feel safe when purchasing online.

For this reason, we use Stripe, one of the leading online payment gateway providers, to process all our online transactions remotely.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted through our Stripe payment gateway.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1.

This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Headboards Ltd only receives confirmation that payment has been made and does not receive any details about the card itself.

All card numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.

None of Stripe’s internal servers or daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers. Instead, they can only request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist.

Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting and transmitting card numbers operates within separate hosting infrastructure and does not share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services, including its API and website.

If your card transaction fails our stringent security checks for any reason, no money will leave your account, and we reserve the right to place your order on hold.

In these circumstances, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss an alternative method of payment.

Once full payment has been received, we will accept your order, and your order will be delivered within the stated delivery timeframe.
