Please be assured that we are a quality retailer, and that all aspects of the distance selling act are met or bettered.

1. Definitions
1.1 'Buyer' refers to the customer who is making the purchase.
1.2 'Seller' refers to Revive Trading Ltd.
1.3 'Conditions' means the terms and conditions of sale, specified herein.
1.4 'Delivery Date' is the specified date agreed to deliver orders made on this website.
2. Delivery
2.1 FREE DELIVERY includes all areas of mainland UK, with exceptions to AB, PA, IV and KW postcodes. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scottish Islands or Channel Islands, but will deliver to mainland ports if agreed with the seller.
2.2 The seller will make every effort to meet delivery dates specified during the checkout process, but cannot guarantee delivery on the said day. The seller will contact the buyer to organise a suitable delivery day.
2.3 Although every effort is made to deliver on specified delivery date, in extreme cases this may not be possible. In such a situation, the buyer may refer to standard consumer rights. The seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused.
2.4 we do not deliver on weelends or bank holidays.
3. Placing an order
3.1 Please follow the simple checkout process as outlined on the website.
3.2 Once your order has been placed, a member of our warehouse team will contact you by phone or email to organise a suitable delivery day for you (this will be within the relevant specified lead time of the product you purchase).
3.3 Revive Trading Ltd uses proffesional UK couriers to deliver all items. Your chosen delivery day will need to be Monday-Friday, when you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for the delivery. Goods are then delivered between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
3.4 Please instruct at the checkout in the furtehr comments section of you have a safe place for the goods to be left without a signature.
3.5 By placing an order with the seller, you are offering to buy goods from us. We will let you know that we have recieved your order via email. There is no contract with us untilo we have accepted your order. This is clearly agreed when we deliver the goods to the buyers relevant address. Please be assured that if we refuse your 'offer', every effort will be made to contact the buyer.
4. Cancellation and returns
4.1 Orders may be cancelled at any point in time between placing the order, and 7 days after the goods have been recieved. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 5% cancellation administration fee.
4.2 Products made to order in choice of leather look, fabric, suede look and chenille, will be subject to a 50% fee if cancelled after 5 days of placing the order with the seller.
4.3 If the buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they may cancel the order up to seven days after delivery of the goods. If this is the case, the customer must contact the customer services department in writing via email, post or fax. Please include order number and name. The buyer can arrange to return the goods at their own cost, or request the seller to arrange collection at a cost of £25.00 which will be deducted from their refund. Good must be returned to the seller in the same condition that they were in at time of delivery, and in their original packaging or similar. Please tape onto your packaging your order reference number so that we can trace your order quickly. Good which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may be refused by the carrier, in which case a charge of £35.00 may be applied for failed collection.
4.4 Good which are recieved damaged or missing parts must be reported via email, fax or post within 48 hours of delivery. In which case replacement parts or items may be supplied.
4.5 Mattresses may only be returned if in their original packaging. If you wish to try a mattress, please ensure that the packaging remains on until you are happy with the product.
4.6 the seller reserves the right to ask for an independant third party confirmation of any product faults. If this is necessary, we will initially bear the cost but may request you to reimburse the seller if the goods are found to be satisfactory.
4.7 Goods with faults due to normal wear and tear or damage by misuse will not be repaired or replaced free of charge.
4.8 If goods are reported to have damage on delivery, or a fault has occured on the product, the seller will require digital photographic evidence/ documentation to warrant a complaint.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds will be applied to the same account debited during the purchase. We aim to provide these within seven working days, but reserve the right to complete in up tp thirty days.
6. Pricing
6.1 Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
6.2 From time to time we will have to change the prices of items. This will not affect the status of confirmed orders and in this case you will only pay the price contained on your order confirmation. If the price of an unconfirmed order changes, we will let you know and give you the option of cancelling the order.
7. Price Match Guarantee
7.1 The seller will do everything within its power to match or beat on price any competitor website or retailer, providing the follwing criteria is met. A link to the competitir website or contact detail for the retailer supplying the goods. Items must be identical in product, delivery, condition, lead time and availability.
7.2 The seller reserves the right to not match a price, if the said actoin results in a loss to the seller.
8. Warrantees and Liability
8.1 All goods supplied to the buyer carry a standard 12 month manufacturers warranty unless otherwiase stated in the product description.
8.2 The seller shall provide the buyer with such information as is required to claim under manufacturers warranty. In the event of a claim, the buyer should contact the seller.
8.3 The seller does not provide any warranty cover in their own right against defects or faults.
8.4 Liability in all instances including faults, defects and effects (financial and physical) is limited to the total value of goods purchased from the seller.
9. About these terms
9.1 These terms and conditions came into force on 01/07/2010 and apply to all orders made after 07:00am on that day.
